Service Description

Perfect just for fun, help determine interest in adopting from us, or visit the litter you already reserved a puppy from. It is a great social experience for both the puppies and the families visiting. Several of our puppies are already reserved to for a loving career as service dogs. Our interactions rules help reinforce puppy behaviors so puppies will be successful in their new homes. During your play session, we answer any questions you may have while you pet, play, and offer treats to the puppies. Setting Proper Visit Expectations Falling in love with a puppy is easy to do. This is not a time to fall in love with a specific puppy. It is a time to have fun and get to know the litter. While puppies are available for adoption, under no circumstances will we place a hold on any exact puppy during a play visit. I really want this one! We offer VIP Play and Pick and Early Pick options as an upgrade. Thus, the earliest appointment of VIP Play and Pick will offer the most puppies to choose from. Early Pick allows earlier pick up and the ability to choose from available puppies at the time of your visit. We offer a free Curbside pick-up for families that prefer to save money and do not mind whichever puppy is left. Bio Security. If you have other animals at home, shower and wear clean clothing, including shoes, to avoid cross-contamination. To protect puppies that are too young to receive vaccinations, cleanliness is important to ensure no transfer from other pets. If you have allergies, a cough, sneezing, running nose, watery eyes, fever, or any other illness or difficulty in breathing, you are not eligible to visit. We are limiting the amount of people that can visit to a max of 5 per session. No public restroom. Please be sure to plan accordingly.

We do not offer refunds. Please only book an appointment if you know you will be able to attend.
